Enrolment Forms
All children must have a completed enrolment form before starting preschool and ensure this is kept up to date as your circumstances change.
Only authorised persons may collect your child.
In cases of separated parents special conditions may apply. Please advise us of custody arrangements etc.
If you are unable to attend a session, please phone and let us know as soon as possible.
